PSU Updates using Enterprise Manager

I'm a little new to EM.  I'm looking into patching the database using PSU's (rather than the CPU's).  I noticed that "out-of-the-box" EM will query Oracle support and post in the console the status of CPU patching for each target database.  It looks like it will automatically download the CPU and deploy on demand the CPU to your target database(s).

However, I don't see the same functionality for PSU's.  I did find a document that describes how to automate the deployment of PSU's, but I couldn't find anything that described how to get EM to automatically download those same PSU's.  Is it just a manual download then?
