Recreate EM Repository for GRID

I would like to blow away my Grid Repository for OEM and rebuild.  I don't care about the data that was already there -- this is a test database (for now).  Is there a way to do this without reinstalling the entire OEM stack?  I have noted some documentation on how to recreate the repository for the "database control" -- Grid's little brother, but are those instructions the same for the Grid Control?  It seems like if I followed those instructions I would just be reinstalling the database control product.  Any ideas? --Thanks.
