Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can anyone tell me the way to take a backup set from an old DB and restore to a new DB?

I need to know the step by step commands to do this.
