AWR - Segments by Row Lock Waits

  I am reviewing AWR report and found that in the following sections, the majority of objects are indexes, and indexes'  ini_trans set to 2. Is there a correlation between these objects shows up in AWR-waits and ini trans more than 1? Am in process of reorganizing these objects and need your opinion?

Segments by Physical Reads, Segments by Row Lock Waits,Segments by ITL Waits and Segments by Buffer Busy Waits
