ARLPLB Lockbox Concurrent Program

Currently looking at automating submission of the lockbox concurrent progam.  Parameters stored in a custom table are being supplied to FND_REQUEST.SUBMIT_REQUEST, but fails with signal 11.

Metalink note: 280325.1 implies all parameters (e.g., org_id) are not being passed.

Confirmed parameters are identical to those submitted through the standard form.

Wanting to determine if mo_global.init ('AR') and mo_global.set_policy_context ('S', org_id) need to be performed in the procedure prior to the submit request.
