OTL: Timecard Customizations?

 We would like to create a hyperlink in OTL so while we are in the timecard application we can bring up a copy of the approved work order.

Are we able to customize the LDT files to allow us to meet this requirement? or does anyone have another possible solution.

I am a functional user who wants to make sure we exhaust all our options before we say its not possible.  Our oracle SR said it was not possible, but I know for a price,,anything can be done.
