How to increase the SGA?

 Our AIX server currently is configured with large pages. Oracle is also configured to lock_sga. We have been able to bring up an instance up to 141296M. Any attempt to increase that value to take advance of additional 30 GB on the server produces errors.  We get ora-00064 Other parameters of interest

db_keep_cache_size                    big integer 49G
db_recycle_cache_size                big integer 8G
db_cache_size                             big integer 75G
