Modify nofication type in notifications through script

 Hi,
Is is there any way we can modify notification type of all notification in javaclient through sdk ?  If I don't want to go in javaclient and manually change each notification, I can think of only ACP tool .If it is not possible through script what is correct way to achieve it?
