R12 OM Defaulting rule changes

 Hi,
In R12 as per RCD  Customer.Order type and Customer.SalesRep sources are disabled for creation of defaulting rule. As per RCD we should use Defaulting for order type from Customer Ship to or Customer Bill to.

Is that any other sources which are also disabled in R12 for OM defaulting Rules ?
