Converting from a domain enivironment to a workgroup environment

Hello,

One of my clients had 10g installed on a Windows 2003 server last spring as part of domain environment.  They are now planning on converting from the domain environment to a straight workgroup environment.  Are there any problems or concerns about this type of environmental change?
