[Help] XCA LISTENER IS NOT AVAILABLE when start express server daemon

 Dear:

     I try to install an Oracle Budgeting and Planning (OBP) as Notes:150325.1.

    after installed the application server:  Oracle Business Intelligence 10g and Oracle Express Server and Oracle Express Server Manager. .. and cufigure the Web Agent with Apache(httpd.conf). I try to startup the oralce Express Server: xsdaemon. but there failed , after check the xsdaemon.log and oesevent.log, found there have the exception instatement " - *** XCA LISTENER is not available"  in oesevent.log...

   Question:  My Application service is running normal. and what's the xca listener and how to start it?

 # express start
