Standby for RAC

Hi,
We have a 3 node RAC. We are planning to setup a Disaster recovery for the DB of this RAC system. Is it possible to have a standby (physical) of this 3 node RAC. If yes, what are the parameters that need to be modified in all the 3 instances.

What are the different parameters for a RAC standby when compared to a single node standby?

Please advice.
