Tracking fields from Service Requesto to the CLR

 I need to get clarification on the fields that are entered on Service Requests.   IMPCON. TEL #, MAINTCON, TEL #, Local Con, Tele #.   I need to understand the Fields that are entered on the Service Request and then make their way to the CLR.  I need to understand this for ISR's, EWO's, ASR's, PSR's.  Remembering that a customer or account might possibly have multiple locations and circuits with varing contact information.  Please provide information on the Service Request Fields and how they are populated on the CLR for each Type of Service Request.    Can you provide documentation or clarification
