Upgrade to 12i - Data Conversion

A while ago we upgraded from 11.5.8 to 12.0.5 for testing. Our users would like more recent data to test with. Is there an easy was to get 11.5.8 data to 12i, a data script or utility? Or do we have to reconvert up going thru all the steps?
