Deleting all records on replicated database?

Hi, I have a replicated environment. I am deleting all records from a replicated table via "delete from TABLE_NAME", but the records are not deleted from secondary database? But, when I delete a few rows, they are also deleted from secondary db. What is different for "delete from"? Does anybody have an idea?
