ORA-01403 no data found

Hi All,

I have completed a small implementation for a operating unit in my system for projects. However, when i try to enter my first expenditures after creating a project, i got an error "ORA-01403: no data found". I got this error while clicking the date field in 'expenditure' screen in 'expenditure items' tab.

Can somebody help me out as to how i can solve this error?
