Move orders with LPN

I am trying to test Move orders with LPN's.

We are due to go live with enabling sub-inventories with LPN control. Due to this I want to test the move order functionality. The problem I am having is that the stock contained in LPN's does not show up as available within the move order form, therefore I am unable to allocate the stock. 

Does anyone know why this is and how I can overcome this issue?
