Migrating a 11.1.0.7 database from a Windows 2003-64b server to a Windows 2008-64b server

Hi. I want to migrate a 11.1.0.7. database from a Windows 2003-64b server to a Windows 2008-64b server (after installing 11.1.0.7. database software on Windows 2008-64b server, of course). Can you tell me, please: is it enough to transfer all the database files (via backup & ftp) from the old server to the new one, then update the initialization file and rename (if necessary) the files, or I have to do some other migration operations ? I have searched the metalink, but I didn't succeed to find something like this ...
