My oracle "support" - can't see old SRs, can use my own profiles

I have tried to look up one of my recently closed SR tickets and I can only see the title and the brief summary. I can't see any of my posts and I can't see any of the analyst posts. Is that an expected behavior? I have tried to create an SR and I can't get to use the profiles I have built over the last year. Have the profiles been retired along with metalink?

I have never been a fan of the updated metalink, but this is worse than I could have ever imagined.

Did anyone else had these issues?
