How do I change a database port number?

 I am rebuilding a test environment server that crashed a couple of weeks ago. I created the first database just fine. Unfortunately when I sent to create the catalog database I stupidly left it with the same port number as the first database. The other Oracle servers are expecting this catalog database to be at port 1525 not 1521. I can't seem to log onto My Support right now to query the KB. How do make this change?
