EM Not Accepting Host Credentials

I'm running Oracle 10.2.4on Windows 2003. No matter what I enter for the host credentials Enterprise Manager tells me that the password is not correct for the user. I'm figuring taht this has to do with integration with AD but hwo do I fix this?
