Using Reverse proxy for Agile

Hi

We're using a reverse proxy with our Agile 9.3 system. The  web client works fine but the Java client does not. I changed the pcclient.jnlp & ext.jnlp to use the external domain name. The Java Client does install but it's not connecting to the Agile server. How can I troubleshoot this problem to get to the cause of it? Had anybody setup a system the way we did?
