PA: Budget Approval WF

  Hi,

 

Good morning, could you please suggest me on PA:Budget Approval WF.

 

PA: Budget Approval WF calls PA:Budget Integration WF.

 

For this we need to customize this WF, it is mandatory.

 

Ex: Normally Project Bugets have 1.0 version of  50,000/-

 

1.1 version has 25,000/- (more funds added to 1.0 or original budget)

 

1.2 version has 20,000/- (some more funds we are adding)

 

In this type of situation we have to customize PA: Budget Integration WF.

 

(It has to calculate all versions amounts and control transactions at user entry level in Purchasing, Payables. If I modify this WF I need to alert at transaction entry level u don't have more/sufficient funds and it don't allow to save the transaction.)
