Price on Internal Requisition (inventory item)

In R12, in a intercompany shipping/ receiving setting, when an internal purchase requisition is placed, the price is defaulting from the Item cost of the "Shipping" org.
 
Is it possible to default the price (on the internal requisition) from the "Receiving" org's item cost. Afterall, it is the "Receiving" org that is placing the requisition.
