 Hello, when i start gathering of system statistics in 10.2.0.4 i get:
ORA-20003: Unable to gather system statistics
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_STATS", line 16137
ORA-06512: at line 1

any idea what is wrong? can it be oracle bug?
