Moving Database from W2K3 on W2K8?

 Hello,

I have an Oracle 10.2.0.4 database on W2K3 x64 and want to move it to a Server with Oracle 10.2.0.4 on W2K8 x64. Is it possible to just copy all the files and startup the database without problems(like a restore from a cold Backup)?
