Can't See Current SR's

Everytime I go into My Oracle Support I get the following Error:
Service Error: bug:get: javax.xml.rpc.soap.SOAPFaultException: Error Code: 7668277 Error Message: Error: An internal error has occurred within the authentication subsystem for the Siebel application. Please contact your system administrator for assistance.(SBL-DAT-00565)

I am the administrator for our support ID's.

I don't see any of my organizations current/open SR's.
