Cannot see the Customer, SR,IB Etc Information on the cslInformation.jsp

 Hello,

When I click on the task, I cannot see the Customer, Contract, Service Request, IB details in the TREE on the left side but I can see the task details on the right side..

Can you please suggest what could be the issue...I have checked other tasks and I don't see any issues
