Price breaks in advanced pricing

Hi All,

Please see the below and provide your valuable inputs as the requirement is urgent.

The Client requirement is to setup a pricing modifier with price breaks.

If the total order quantity is >= 10, then each item should use the rate that is assigned to the price break for
more than 10 items.

Example:

Assume we put the below items A,B and C on a sales order with quantities 5,4 and 2.

Item A - If 'total order quantity' is 0-9 then Item A price = 500
         If 'total order quantity' is >=10 then Item A price = 198

Item B - If total order quantity is 0-9 then Item B price = 650
