How to associate additional people (user) in the system overview of specific system in My Oracle Sup

We use Oracle Configuration Manager to send oracle system information to CCR (Customer Configuration Repository).  From System Overview (for specific database instance) within My Oracle Support login, there is a Associated Poeple tab which list the owner the database instance.   Is there any way we can add additional  users to the list as either the additional co-owner or support individual? or to change ownership info?
