windows 64-bit 10.2.0.3 CPU and POLTYP invalid identifier issue

Which CPU can I install on my  10.2.0.3 on Windows 64-bit that does not have the POLTYP invalid identifier bug?  I've tried 31,29 and 28.  They all introduce code that expects the POLTYP column without adding the column to the view. I currently don't have a CPU installed on my development database.  And my exports are finally running again.
