For Drop Ship - Ship_from_org_id is not getting a value (is blank) when source is External

 Hi,

How does Oracle populate ship_from_org_id column in oe_order_lines_all table when source = External, we are not able to create Purchase Order due to this. Any help/direction would be aprreciated
