Sun Hardware Sizing for Oracle RAC

Currently I have a RAC 10.2.0.4 with an OLTP database using only partitioning feature, Enterprise licensing, 800 simultaneous user connections, 650GB of data,OS solaris 10 running on two SunFire V490 with four processors US-IV 2100 MHz and 32GB of RAM each one. There are two applications that exploit info, Oracle Portal and other based on java hibernate mounted on jboss appserver.

I am planning to buy new SUN servers for the Oracle RAC, using the same version of database, the same propouse and the same applications, expecting 1500 simultaneous user connections, 800GB of data within next three years.

Does anybody can guide me to select a server to support that..?
