Unable to run FSG report in Report Manager

  Hi,

 

We have in R12.0.4 and we are testing the functionality of Report manager. when we click on Financial Report  Template Editor or Financial Report submission menus we are getting below error.

Error: You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

 

But we are able to open some menus like Standard Report Submission, Repository Management, Upload File menus

 

What could be the reason unable to submit FSG reports through Report Manager and any one can provide the latest patch for Report manager.
