Upgrading ASCP from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.1

 We are trying to upgrade ASCP 11.5.10.2 to Value Chain Planning 12.1.1.  As soon as we started upgrade process, we got error ORA-2000 in funmochk.sql because our ASCP instance is not multi-org.  We are running decentralized, and our source instance is multi-org.  We have the System Profile "MO: Operating Unit" set for the ASCP responsibilities in the Source instance, but we are not sure if we can run ADADMIN function to convert ASCP instance to multi-org.  From the Metalink notes, it appears you have to set system profile at site level, and we cannot do that in the destination instance.
