 We are looking to make our custom datawarehouse/Apex app (Oracle 10.2.0.4) more reliable.  It is currently on OUL 3 (RH) using a HP DL360 type server; if anything on this server fails, down we go (except we are RAID on everything)  I am confused on what our options are.  I know about RAC and Rac One, but is there a way to use just clustering w/cold boot as a relatively cheap option?  We don't need (or can afford) RAC.  Rac One is an option, but it is not neccessarily cheap either from what I have been able to find price wise.
