Grid Migration Procedure - existing 10.2.0.4 to 10.2.0.5

 I have Grid 10.2.0.4 release set up on Linux 32-bit with 100+ targets, many jobs, etc.  I have a new server with Linux 64-bit. I want to have my existing Grid environment migrated to this machine, with Oracle 11g and Grid 10.2.0.5. I am trying to figure out ways to do this. From what I've been reading  I should do a fresh install of Grid 10.2.0.5 on my Linux 64-bit server with 11g database.  But the next step - how do I migrate all my existing Grid info from my old 10.2.0.4 Grid database to the 10.2.0.5?  Is it simply a matter
