Promotion for Quoting

 Hi, I could not find Advanced Pricing Community, so i am posting my ques in quoting.

We are trying to create a new "Qualifier Attribute" called as 'Customer State' Under the 'Customer' Qualifier context.

I was able to successfully test this for an order entered through ONT. But the same when i tried to apply the promo through HTML Quoting is not applied properly. And while setting up the request types i have set up the application as 'Order Capture' in the 'Attribute Linking and Mapping' as the request type application name for the PTE "ASO".

Note: i am calling a custom function that contains the ASO_PRICING_INT.G_HEADER_REC.invoice_to_org_id as parameter so that it returns the bill to state of the cusotmer on the quote.
