I cannot access my open SRs and I cannot create a new SR.
I got problem accessing my open SRs and I cannot create new SR because the Categories option is disable.
I have tried resetting my password and also our admin has deleted my access and I requested anew but I still don't have access. Here is the error I encountered mostly during enquiries.
Service Error: sr/home: javax.xml.rpc.soap.SOAPFaultException: Error Code: 7668277 Error Message: Error: An internal error has occurred within the authentication subsystem for the Siebel application. Please contact your system administrator for assistance.(SBL-DAT-00565).
