Cannot search for patches by product or family name
Hi
When I try to search for a patch for a product using Product or Family the drop-down lists for Products and Platforms is always blank. When I type in a partial name for the product such as Portal, which worked 3 days ago, I get a message saying no matching item found please select from the list - but the list is empty.
I'm going in circles and suspect the new My Support has a problem.
Can someone fix this quickly please,
