Unable to log in to My Support

I am unable to log into My Support.  I get this message - "A Server Connection Error occurred.  IO Error Error #2032.  Please try again later".  Anyone else having this problem?  Any ideas on how to resolve?  I have tried calling support and just wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait until I finally get tired of waiting.  Interesting that no emails from Oracle about problems with the new My Support web address.  Is anyone at Oracle even aware of so many of us customers having problems trying to access the support web site?  I feel
