Updating/Adding Organization Types

I am trying to add new organization types for 1099-MISC reporting purposes (ie- LLC-Disregarded Entity, LLC-Corporation, LLC-Partnership, etc).  

I have accessed the following path in E-Business Suite... Payables Manager-->Setup-->Lookups-->Purchasing-->Organization Type. However, the system will not allow me to create new records here. Does anyone know how to add Organization Types and where to do so?
