How to pass quantity_ordered as an attribute into POWFRQAG

I want to add an attribute quantity_ordered into POWFRQAG, just like the existing attribute unit_price.  Does anybody know how to do this?  The procedure PO_REQ_WF_BUILD_ACCOUNT_INIT.start_workflow passed the unit_price, but not the quantity.
