Adding a new support user
I may be completely blind and/or dumb, but... I can't find a place to add a new user to a CSI in the new system. I am the admin and I see the existing TARs (oops - I mean SRs) but all other users have been dropped so the owners can't see or update their open SRs. When I contacted Support they told me to recreate the users, but not how to do it. Is it obvious and I'm missing it?
