Service Request search Gotcha to watch out for

Just want to mention something I have learned the hard way.  There are two kinds of service requests now - Feedback Only and Technical service requests.  You can select to view the Technical requests or you can view the Feedback Only requests, but you cannot view both at the same time, it seems.  I have submitted a feedback request asking to enhance the service request search process to allow a user to view both types of requests at the same time.  In the meantime, be aware of this.  If you cannot find a service request number, you may need to switch
