MIN-MAX planning Report doesn't report items to restock when RESTOCK parameter is set to "Yes"

 Hi guys,

I start a MIN-MAX planning Report with restock parameter set to 'No' and items to restock are listed on the report.

I retry the same report a second time using the same context and same parameters with restock parameter set to 'Yes' and items to restock are not listed anymore on my report..... while I expected to see those same items.

I wonder why does it happen and how or what should be set or done to correct the situation and get the same result, no matter restock is set to 'No' or 'Yes'?
