How can I tell how often the Management Server gets data from the Agents?

I have been looking in the views for polling frequency and the closest I came were MGMT$AVAILABILITY_HISTORY and MGMT$TARGET_METRIC_COLLECTIONS.  Any other suggestions?  I've searched the net and knowlege bases and must not be asking the right question.  My boss wants me to tell him how often the agents are reporting to the OMS.  It looks like every 4 hours to me??? Wasn't this configurable in early versions?
