What's happened to Certify in 'My Oracle Support'

 Does anybody know what has happened to Certify in 'My Oracle Support'.  When I select to view certifications for E-Business suite I don't seem to get the information I would expect. I used to be able to get Forms patchset levels, RDBMS patchset levels, JDK, JRE, jinitiator, iAS......

How can I keep on top of the technology stack levels that are ceritified with E-Business suite as I could last week?
