Oracle 10g Datapump (expdp) throwing errors

@font-face

 I'm having an issue with expag which I'll detail below.  I'm including everything I've done and everything I can find related to the error. (Oracle support has been - let's just say - not especially responsive.)  Any help/suggestions would be welcome.
