Hi all I am getting tired of the Flash content and am wondering how to access My Oracle Support using HTML.

Does anyone know?

I saw a note that said this was available from the login screen but there's no mention.

All I want to do today is research patches but guess what - yep - its not working again. 4 out of 5 times that I have tried to use the Search filter the list does not populate. Oh, and yesterday, I created 4 saved searches. These no longer exist.

I am getting very frustrated with My Oracle Support.
